How do I set up my birth chart?

When you first open Celestia, you'll be guided through entering your birth date, time, and location. This information is used to calculate your unique natal chart. You can update your birth details at any time in the app's Settings.

Why is my birth time important?

Your birth time determines your Rising sign (Ascendant) and the placement of planets in specific houses. Without an accurate birth time, some features like house placements and certain transit interpretations may be less precise. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can still use the app — we'll use noon as a default.

How do AI-powered horoscopes work?

Celestia uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized readings based on your unique birth chart and current planetary transits. Unlike generic horoscopes, our AI considers your specific planetary placements to deliver tailored insights.

What is included in Celestia+ (Premium)?

Celestia+ unlocks weekly and monthly horoscopes, detailed transit interpretations, full compatibility analysis, personalized moon readings and rituals, extended cosmic do's and don'ts, and an ad-free experience. Plans start at $4.99/month or $29.99/year.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. To cancel or change your plan:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Find Celestia and manage your plan

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open Celestia, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Your birth information and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central database of personal information. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

The app is not loading or crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Make sure you're running the latest version of Celestia from the App Store
  • Restart the app by closing it completely and reopening
  • Restart your device
  • Check your internet connection — some features require an active connection
